Summary
The Service Associate provides front-line customer care in the store, assisting guests with purchases, returns, exchanges, and inquiries. This part-time role supports an efficient and welcoming service desk while coordinating with sales teams to resolve customer needs.
Responsibilities- Greet and assist customers at the service desk and on the sales floor.
- Process purchases, returns, exchanges, and special orders using POS and store systems.
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person; elevate issues as needed.
- Coordinate with sales associates and management to fulfill customer requests and arrange pickups.
- Maintain an organized, professional, and customer-focused service area.
- 2+ years of retail or customer service experience, preferably in department stores or luxury retail.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to operate POS systems and basic computer applications.
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays; ability to stand and move throughout shift.
