Luxury Retail Team Leader — Drive Sales & Client

Summary

The Team Manager supports the Store Director by leading sales, operations and security to deliver exceptional client experiences and meet commercial targets. The role provides day-to-day oversight of the store in the Director's absence and focuses on coaching the team, client development, and operational excellence.

• Coach, guide and motivate sales and operations teams to achieve or exceed store sales and KPI targets.
• Assume oversight of the store when the Director is not present and provide visible management presence on the sales floor.
• Drive client development activities and personally manage key client relationships to grow revenue.
• Recruit, train, develop and retain top talent, delivering regular feedback and performance management.
• Champion operational efficiency, back-of-house management and compliance with internal control procedures.

• Minimum of 3 years retail or luxury retail store management experience or relevant customer-related experience.
• Proven track record in sales generation and achieving commercial results.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, client tracking systems and Point of Sale (POS) systems.
• Authorization to work in the United States; college degree preferred.
