Boutique Inventory Specialist Team Impact

Summary

The Inventory Specialist is responsible for ensuring the efficient flow of goods in and out of the boutique to enable a seamless client experience. This role processes and records received stock, maintains organized inventory, prepares outbound shipments, and supports cycle counts and annual physical inventory. The Inventory Specialist works closely with the Operations Manager, Inventory Supervisor, and boutique team to uphold operational standards and service excellence.

• Process received stock and accurately record items into the inventory system
• Organize, maintain, and store inventory in line with brand standards
• Prepare and ship outbound shipments according to Chanel procedures
• Execute stock cycle count program and participate in annual physical inventory with direction from supervisors
• Support opening and closing procedures and other heart‑of‑house operational tasks
• Build positive relationships with boutique team members to foster trust and teamwork

• Minimum 1 year of related experience
• Ability to move items up to 25 lbs including overhead lifting, pulling, and pushing
• Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidays
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Passion for client experience; foreign language skills preferred
