Luxury Boutique Manager - Lead Team & Client

Summary

The Boutique Manager assists in managing daily boutique operations with a focus on delivering an exceptional luxury client experience and driving sales. This role leads and coaches the boutique team, supports the Boutique Director, and helps set standards for service and performance. The manager is responsible for business planning, forecasting, and maintaining a professional boutique environment.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales goals through clienteling, sourcing new clients, and building long-term relationships
• Evaluate team performance and provide coaching and action plans to develop staff
• Stay current with market competition, watch trends, and client shopping behaviors
• Strategically forecast, plan and budget for business needs including payroll and staffing
• Manage daily operational tasks, selling and service according to brand standards
• Assist with recruitment and retention and support the Boutique Director as a leader
• Develop and cascade product knowledge to the team to ensure informed client interactions

Requirements

• 2+ years of retail service experience required, preferably in luxury retail
• Current knowledge of watch trends and marketplace competition
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• Proficiency with MS Office and experience with retail systems (labor management, inventory, sales reporting)
• Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
