The Golf Sales Associate at Edwin Watts Golf promotes and maintains a store culture aligned with Worldwide Golf’s values, including the “Sure No Problem” philosophy.

• Maintain awareness of golf product knowledge, terminology, merchandise promotions, demo merchandise, and sale advertisements.
• Evaluate customers’ needs, apply knowledge of golf equipment features and benefits, and recommend the right golf equipment.
• Educate customers on golf products and facilitate comparisons to support an informed decision.
• Operate launch monitor and golf simulator equipment to provide customer data during the in‑store experience.
• Assist with floor moves, merchandising, and keep the sales floor organized and clean to meet Worldwide Golf’s standards.
• Research merchandise availability via computer database; requisition merchandise from the stockroom and take inventory of stock where needed.
• Once fully trained, recognize and suggest ways to improve processes.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management.

• Ability to spend work time standing or moving around the store; physical activities include bending, stooping, lifting up to 15 pounds, carrying, walking and/or reaching frequently.
• Working knowledge of word‑processing, spreadsheet, inventory, internet, and order processing systems.
• Availability to work varied hours/days as business dictates.

• Golf knowledge/background is required.
• Any experience in the golf industry is a plus (entry‑level candidates will also be considered).
