Ecommerce, Retail & Store Manager
Summary
The brand is a fashion jewelry house based in Boca Raton, Florida, with a flagship retail store in Mizner Park and curated retail presentations at premier resort properties in Boca Raton and Palm Beach. The collections feature timeless designs in precious metals and gemstones for a discerning clientele.
The Omni Channel Manager is a new role that combines corporate responsibilities with store-level presence. One to two days a week, this leader is on the floor at Mizner Park or at the resort locations, driving sell-through alongside the sales team. The balance of the week is focused on corporate work: managing Shopify, keeping inventory accurate across channels, and processing orders.
This is the person who makes sure what customers see online reflects what is actually in stock, and that the retail store and resort presentations are merchandised to sell.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the Shopify storefront, including product listings, collection curation, site merchandising, and promotional setup
- Keep digital merchandising tightly aligned with inventory availability, so the site consistently reflects what is in stock and ready to ship
- Process and manage online orders, coordinating with the fulfillment team on accuracy, timing, and customer communication
- Partner with marketing on product drops, campaigns, and launches that touch e-commerce
- Build and maintain reports in Excel to track sell-through, inventory turn, and site performance
- Own inventory accuracy across the Mizner Park store, resort presentations, and e-commerce, including cycle counts, receiving, and transfers between locations
- Plan and execute seasonal assortment rotations at the Boca Raton Resort and Palm Beach locations based on sell-through data and guest profile
- Analyze sell-through by channel and category, surface replenishment needs, and flag slow movers for markdown or reallocation
- Maintain visual merchandising standards across all physical locations, including floor moves, window displays, and in‑case presentation
- Spend one to two days a week on the selling floor at Mizner Park and at the resort locations, working directly with the sales team to drive daily and monthly selling goals
- Partner with resort management and sales staff on client strategy, event execution, and in‑suite appointments
- Train the retail team and resort partners on collection knowledge, storytelling, and service standards
- Host trunk shows, private appointments, and events that bring new clients to the brand and deepen existing relationships
- 5 to 8 years of retail, e‑commerce, or omni‑channel experience; fine jewelry background strongly preferred
- Strong Shopify skills, with hands‑on experience managing products, collections, inventory, and orders on the platform
- Advanced Excel proficiency, including comfort with formulas, pivot tables, and building reports from scratch
- Inventory management experience across multiple channels, with working knowledge of cycle counts, reconciliation, and stock transfers
- Visual merchandising experience with a clear point of view on jewelry product presentation
- Proven ability to drive selling goals on the floor and work directly with both in‑house sales associates and resort partner staff
- Flexible and agile mindset; this is a family‑run business where wearing multiple hats is part of the job
- Comfort moving between corporate work and store‑level execution, with the presence to represent the brand in front of clients
- Flexible schedule with availability at Mizner Park, the Boca Raton Resort, and Palm Beach resort locations, including evenings, weekends, and holidays during peak season
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle merchandise and small packages safely
