Summary

Lead a high-energy sales team at the Boca Raton Outlet to drive sales, margin, and exceptional customer experiences for RH's outlet business. Partner with cross-functional teams to execute merchandising, operations, and customer outreach while maintaining elevated brand and visual standards.

• Drive sales performance by setting goals, monitoring KPIs, and implementing strategies to exceed revenue and margin targets
• Train and coach team members in product knowledge, selling techniques, and company policies
• Manage ticketing, price changes, and scheduled markdowns in alignment with company standards
• Build and maintain client outreach lists to foster relationships and drive repeat business
• Maintain merchandise presentation, store appearance, and operational compliance with safety and inventory standards

• 2+ years of leadership experience in retail, preferably in home furnishings
• Proven history of exceeding sales targets through leadership and strategic execution
• Proficiency with Mac operating systems, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications
• Flexibility to work a dynamic schedule across operational hours
• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs and perform prolonged standing, bending, stooping, and other physical tasks
