Position: Client Advisor, Boca Raton *NEW STORE OPENING JUNE 2026*

Overview

Under the leadership and guidance of Management, the Client Advisor is responsible for providing outstanding customer service, building and maintaining a loyal client base, providing clients with product knowledge, informing clients of new arrivals and working as part of a team to meet individual, boutique and brand objectives. Blend Christian Louboutin values in a concession environment to foster our partnership with the department store.

Responsibilities

Sales
  • Meets or exceed sales targets and KPIs, contributing to the overall growth of the boutique
  • Diversifies selling abilities through all product categories
  • Maintains a deep knowledge and understanding of industry trends, general leather good construction and materials, as well as proprietary Christian Louboutin product knowledge
  • Demonstrates an entrepreneurial spirit in setting and achieving sales goals, showing a proactive and self-driven approach to success
  • Promotes and encourages Special Order Program to achieve goals set by Special Orders Departments in Paris
  • Acts as a team player, fosters a positive and collaborative atmosphere within the store, and supports colleagues to achieve collective sales success
  • Acts as a brand ambassador in and out of the store and create genuine relationships with clients. Ability to work an 8-hour shift while wearing our product
Customer Experience
  • Creates a welcoming, luxurious, and client-centric in-store atmosphere that reflects our brand’s core values and beliefs
  • Resolves customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
  • Builds and nurtures lasting genuine relationships with clients by offering personalized service and follow-up communication
  • Uses storytelling to create a unique experience and brings the client into the Louboutin World
  • Achieves outreach goals and utilizes CRM tools for product launches, holidays, events, and in-store experiences
  • Participates in corporate outreach, gifting initiatives, and client experiences
  • Leverages clienteling techniques to identify and capitalize on opportunities for repeat business and referrals
  • Acts as a brand ambassador to assist and encourage department store employees through the selling ceremony
Operations
  • Utilizes company applications to create a seamless experience for the client (for example Loubilink and order management system)
  • Assists in daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and stock replenishment
  • Maintains store cleanliness and organization to create a visually pleasing and organized store appearance
  • Ensure ringing accuracy across both Christian Louboutin and department store operating systems
  • Proficiency in the department store POS and operating system
  • Handles all cash desk operations as they pertain to the department store, including large sums of cash
Skills and Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in Sales or similar role
  • Passion for Christian Louboutin and a true ambassador for the brand with strong sense of responsibility
  • Comfortability with speaking to diversified clientele
  • Must be able to perform the physical elements of the job, including lifting 10-30 lbs and standing for increments of two hours at a time; reasonable accommodations available as needed
  • Ideal candidate has work experience in a medium-sized multinational company or luxury business
  • Additional language fluency is a plus
  • Adheres to company policy and confidentiality
  • Proactively contributes to creating a professional, flexible and enjoyable team atmosphere
  • Exudes a can-do attitude with initiative, commitment, reliability and positivity; does not accept mediocrity
  • Versatile; embraces change and adapts to the needs of the business
  • Driven to learn and grow; quick to grasp new concepts and organized
  • Exceptional customer service skills with strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication
  • Strong follow-up, follow-through and attention to detail to ensure deadlines are met
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems/programs
  • Attention to detail and understanding of protecting Christian Louboutin business strategies and plans
  • Proven leader; consistently a top seller with a desire to grow
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients, coworkers and management; professional presentation
  • Ability to handle large sums of money, deposits, and all cash desk operations
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include overnight, evening, weekend, holiday and call-in shifts
