Precious Jewelry Sales Advisor

Role Description The Precious Jewelry Sales Advisor is a full-time, on‑site position based in Boca Raton, FL. In this role, you will provide personalized, high‑touch service to clients, guiding them through the selection of fine and precious jewelry while delivering a luxury in‑store experience. You will build and maintain long‑term client relationships through clienteling, outreach, and follow‑up, including special orders and bespoke requests.

Daily responsibilities include presenting merchandise with deep product knowledge, processing sales, handling repairs or service requests, and ensuring the security, care, and accurate inventory of precious jewelry. You will collaborate with store and merchandising teams on visual standards, attend product training sessions, and support in‑store events and activations that drive client engagement and sales.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated luxury or fine jewelry sales experience, with strong clienteling, relationship‑building, and consultative selling skills.
• Solid knowledge of precious jewelry, gemstones, metals, and craftsmanship, or willingness to develop this expertise through ongoing training.
• Exceptional communication, active listening, and presentation skills, with a polished, professional, and inclusive approach to client service.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy in handling high‑value transactions, and comfort using POS and retail technology systems.
• Ability to work on‑site in Boca Raton, FL, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented, fast‑paced luxury retail environment.
• High level of integrity, discretion, and adherence to security protocols when working with precious merchandise and client information.
• Previous experience in luxury retail, high‑end jewelry, or related fields is preferred; relevant certifications (e.g., GIA coursework) are a plus.
