2020 Companies, in partnership with Meta, is hiring part‑time Sales Specialists to recommend Meta products to retail shoppers. Pay: $19.50 per hour.

20 hours per week:
Friday 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm, Saturday & Sunday 11:00 am – 7:00 pm. Additional shifts in November and December for key customer shopping days.

• Work closely with shoppers to recommend Meta products and deliver an interactive, informative experience.
• Serve as the go‑to guide for customers and train retail associates on new AI apps and tools.
• Build relationships in a retail environment and maintain a technology‑first mindset.
• Maintain displays, inventory, and promotions to ensure a clean, appealing presentation.
• Track customer interactions, feedback, and sales electronically and submit daily reports via mobile device.
• Partner with retail sales associates and leaders to foster a positive work environment.
• Work primarily on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday; flexibility for additional weekends, weekdays, and holidays is required.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum six months of experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecom, or marketing preferred.
• Interest in AV/VR products a plus.
• Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Integrity and a genuine commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced team environment.
• Availability to work weekends and up to three one‑time weekday shifts.
• Own an iPhone 11 or newer or Samsung S25 or newer; smartphone required to use company app.
• Physical ability to stand, walk around, reach, pick up, bend, grab up to 20 lbs occasionally.
• Reliable transportation to arrive on time for scheduled visits.
