Stock Controller - Boca Raton Town Center

Summary

The Stock Controller supports store operations by managing inventory, shipping and receiving, and ensuring compliance with company procedures and service standards. This role oversees stock levels and coordinates with sales and stock teams to maintain product availability and accurate inventory records. The Stock Controller also provides customer service for repairs and returns and directs store staff for inventory activities.

• Manage inventory processes, shipping and receiving, and delivery of incoming/outgoing shipments
• Maintain accurate inventory levels, perform inventory maintenance and UPT updates
• Ensure stock is organized and maintained in both back-of-house and front-of-house areas
• Direct and support Stock Associates and store staff during inventory and operational tasks
• Provide customer service related to repairs and returns and enforce company operational policies

• Minimum 2 years retail operations experience; luxury retail experience preferred
• Proven track record in inventory management and availability reporting
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel and Outlook; college degree preferred
• Ability to lead a team, communicate effectively, and work varied hours including overtime
• Authorized to work in the country of employment, 18 years or older, able to handle merchandise up to ~40 pounds
