The Golf Sales Associate at Edwin Watts Golf promotes and maintains a store culture consistent with Worldwide Golf’s values, including the “Sure No Problem” philosophy.

• Maintain awareness of all golf product knowledge, terminology, merchandise promotions, demo merchandise, and sale advertisements
• Evaluate customers’ needs, apply knowledge of golf equipment features and benefits, and recommend appropriate golf equipment
• Educate customers on products and help them compare differences to make an educated decision
• Operate launch monitor and golf simulator equipment to provide valuable data during the in‑store experience
• Assist with floor moves, merchandising, and keeping the sales floor organized and clean to meet standards
• Research merchandise availability via computer database; requisition merchandise from the stockroom and inventory where needed
• Recognize and suggest ways to improve processes once fully trained
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management

• Ability to spend work time standing or moving around the store; physical activities include bending, stooping, lifting (up to 15 lbs), carrying, walking, and/or reaching on a frequent basis
• Working knowledge of word‑processing, spreadsheet, inventory, internet, and order processing systems
• Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates

• Golf knowledge/background is required
• Any experience working in the golf industry is a plus (entry‑level candidates will also be considered)
