As a Cosmetic Sales Colleague – also known as a Beauty Advisor – you are the trusted expert that customers turn to for all things beauty. Passionate about both products and people, you create personalized shopping experiences that build confidence and drive sales.

• Educate customers and offer expert advice on makeup, skincare, and fragrance products
• Conduct product demonstrations and skincare consultations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and engaging sales floor and counter
• Develop and nurture a loyal client base through consistent follow‑up, virtual outreach, and personalized service
• Use point‑of‑sale technology and digital tools to streamline transactions and enhance the shopping experience
• Participate in sales events and stay up to date through ongoing training and vendor education
• Meet and exceed daily sales goals and client loyalty targets

• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays with reliable attendance
• Excellent communication skills, able to understand and speak clearly with customers and team members
• Strong interpersonal skills, able to build relationships and uncover customer needs
• At least one year of customer service or sales experience
• Persuasive, organized, and able to perform in a fast‑paced retail environment

• Talk, lift, move, stand, and reach continuously with arms and hands
• Stand for at least two consecutive hours
• Lift up to 25 lbs, stoop, kneel, or crouch when required
• Use hands and vision for tasks such as cash register operation and product application
• Operate computers and handheld equipment as needed
