• Under the leadership of the Merchandise Operations Team Supervisor/Manager, support daily operations of merchandise including processing, placement, maintenance, and fulfillment.
• Demonstrate flexibility in communication styles and establish positive interpersonal relationships.
• Evaluate progress against key performance drivers and assess organizational opportunities and risks.
• Drive positive outcomes by setting objectives, measuring progress, and monitoring results.
• Generate and share original ideas, tackling both simple and complex problems.

• Merchandise:
  • Process inbound merchandise, place and present merchandise on the selling floor.
  • Maintain placement and presentation standards as directed.
  • Participate in store projects such as floor recovery and supply replenishment.
• Fullfillment:
  • Locate requested merchandise and complete customer orders.
  • Provide excellent customer service and promptly address customer needs.
  • Perform ad hoc responsibilities as needed.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and handle merchandise racks and carts.
• Maintain merchandising standards on the floor in compliance with visual standards.
• Computer skills and the ability to use required technology (RF guns, PC, iOS devices, Excel/Word, proprietary platforms).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that follows business needs.
• Ability to drive a company vehicle as needed in accordance with state Driver’s License standards.

Salary Range: $17.05 – $21.32 per hour, subject to market, experience, and other factors. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), basic life, supplemental life, disability, and a variety of additional voluntary benefits. An employee discount is also available.
