Merchandise Operations Associate

Salary Range $17.05 - $21.32*

As a Merchandise Operations Associate, you will assist with stocking, receiving, order fulfillment, and merchandise handling functions, including maintaining merchandise organization. You will perform operational, daily tasks to support store sales, profitability and enhance the customer experience. You report to the RPSO Manager and work in a Neiman Marcus store location.

• Complete daily store operations and help direct leads and managers
• Merchandise handling, transfers, and processing of inbound/outbound freight
• Fulfillment, packing and shipping of online and store customer orders
• Complete necessary merchandise placements to ensure standards are followed
• Merchandise price changes and reticketing; signs and moves product once marked
• Reticketing, damages, mark out of stocks and related inventory control processes
• Back stocking, stockroom organization and maintenance
• Under guidance, merchandises product and sets sale events and signage, ensuring standards are followed
• Support with set-up and take-down of in-store events and activations
• Follow all safety procedures on the dock and in all other work areas

• 1+ year of retail experience
• Demonstrate flexibility with competing tasks with a "win together" mentality
• Basic proficiency with MS Office Product Suite
• Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift/carry up to 35 pounds
• Work a flexible schedule based on business need, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
