YOU WILL BE:

Under the leadership of the Director of Operations, the Return Associate is responsible for facilitating returns sent to the store for processing and supporting the daily operations of our specialized work groups.

• Daily functions including: opening/closing digital return register
• Maintain a neat and organized environment
• Follow protocols and procedures for processing returns, making adjustments, and reconciling reports
• Ensure product is secured to standard
• Maintain product integrity by separating, organizing, and securing all .com returns
• Resolve customer issues—both internal and external

• Ability to work a flexible schedule as per business needs and adhere to dependability standards
• Demonstrates attention to detail and keeps personal workspace organized
• Ability to influence team to follow store policies and procedures to aid decision‑making

Salary Range: $17.05 – $21.32 per hour. Compensation for this role varies by geographic location. The listed range reflects multiple markets, including higher‑cost areas. Actual starting pay will be determined based on work location, experience, and other job‑related factors.
