Overview

Cosmo Prof Beauty is hiring a Store Manager to lead a Cosmo Prof store. You would be part of the largest hair and beauty supplier in the world, empowered to help customers express themselves through hair and beauty, with a focus on Education, Product, Inspiration and Community.

• When it comes to the customer experience – manage talent, inspire the team, and ensure every customer receives a great, custom-fit solution for their hair and beauty needs.
• Oversee all store operations to meet or exceed sales goals, with emphasis on budget, expenses, sales growth, and inventory management.
• Protect customers, associates, and store assets by ensuring staff follow safety, security rules and company policies.
• Maintain a high-quality store appearance and presentation.

• At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of sales management experience.
• Experience in operational, financial and performance management.
• Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.
• Self-starter attitude with a drive to continuously learn, develop, and educate store personnel and customers.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
• May be exposed to fumes and odors on occasion.
