Operations Professional

Summary

The Operations Professional is the heart of the back of house operations in a Tiffany store, responsible for driving store sales and profitability through effective communication and problem-solving skills. This role involves working closely with client advisors, management, corporate partners, and clients to ensure operational excellence and outstanding client service.

• Provide outstanding client service, order fulfillment, and inventory management.
• Ensure merchandise is delivered with the Tiffany Touch.
• Champion operational efficiency and effectiveness by completing daily tasks such as order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, and replenishment.
• Supervise and reconcile merchandise inventory, reporting discrepancies to management or corporate partners.
• Partner and communicate effectively with client advisors, management, and clients to respond to requests for assistance in product and service information, service, repairs, shipping, and inventory.
• Elevate in-store experience by consistently delivering memorable moments and acting on client feedback.
• Support company operations efficiency objectives by providing feedback on process changes.
• Carry out operations functions to support the store in achieving commercial targets.
• Collect data during client interactions to cultivate new and existing clients.

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to work retail store hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Organized and detail-oriented with flexibility to perform different tasks based on business needs.
• Authorization to work in the United States or the country where the position is based.
• A college/university degree is desired.
