As part of a growing transportation platform, our motor coach division is expanding rapidly, and we are seeking a driven sales professional to help accelerate that growth.
Position OverviewWe are looking for a dedicated, high-performing Motor Coach Sales Executive to generate new charter business and build long-term client relationships. This role is ideal for a seasoned sales professional who thrives on prospecting, enjoys being in front of clients, and has the discipline to manage a strong pipeline from first contact through contract execution.
The successful candidate will focus on developing business within schools, colleges, universities, athletic programs, tour operators, corporate groups, and meeting & event planners throughout South Florida and beyond.
This is an in-office role based in Boca Raton

- Proactively prospect and secure new motor coach charter accounts
- Develop targeted outreach strategies for educational institutions and event professionals
- Build relationships with decision-makers including athletic directors, school administrators, travel coordinators, and meeting planners
- Respond quickly to inbound opportunities and convert leads into booked revenue
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and consistently meet or exceed revenue targets
- Represent A1A Transportation Group at networking events, industry functions, and local associations
- Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional client experiences
- Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and reporting
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience (motor coach, charter transportation, hospitality, travel, or related field strongly preferred)
- Demonstrated success in hunter-style sales with a track record of closing new business
- Established relationships within schools, universities, sports travel, or meeting planning communities are highly desirable
- Professional presence with strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-starter with high accountability and internal drive
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment
- Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Must be based in South Florida and able to work daily from our Boca Raton office
