Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Sales Representative role located in Boca Raton, FL. The Sales Representative will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with dealership clients, identifying potential opportunities to meet their financing needs, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include generating leads, conducting client meetings, presenting Kane Acceptance's solutions, and achieving sales targets while maintaining accurate records.
Collaboration with internal teams to ensure seamless transaction processes is also a key aspect of this role.
- Proven sales skills, relationship building, and account management experience
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend suitable financing solutions
- Knowledge of the automotive industry and auto financing processes
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking software
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and meet targets
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field is preferred
- Previous experience in sales or customer service roles within the automotive or financial sectors is a plus
