The Sales Role:
We turn callers into new customers using our measured and consultative sales approach. ISG excels at performance, cultivating it with continuous support, guidance, and comprehensive training. You will become a subject matter expert trained to assess the needs of callers and present solutions that connect them to our products to increase orders.

What You’ll Do:- Become a subject matter expert on our sales process, product knowledge, and our order entry platform during our paid comprehensive training program
- As a commissioned sales agent, you will offer, upsell, and cross-sell available promotions based on serviceability
- Manage numerous inbound and transferred calls in a timely manner from your dual‑monitored workstation
- Assist callers with product availability, pricing, and enrollment
- Qualify callers on our payment card industries (PCI) compliant production floor
- Comply with all ISG and partner policies
- Strong communication skills (empathic listener & persuasive speaker)
- Technologically savvy
- Able to multi‑task in a fast paced environment
- Sales experience preferred

$17.00 Training Pay
To assist you with your ramp period, we provide you with a $17.00 hourly guarantee for your 1st 8-weeks of employment. After training you will earn commissions, however, with our average agent earning $20 per hour, most agents out earn this prior to the completion of their 8-week ramp to performance period.
- Our average agent exceeds $20 hourly or $42,000 annually and we have multiple agents earning over $100,000 year over year.
