Account Executive – INIT Coaching

Boca Raton, FL (Full-Time, In Person)

INIT Coaching helps loan officers build self-sustaining businesses using social media to create inbound opportunities. This is not theory. These strategies are actively working in today’s mortgage market.

The Role

Your job is simple:

Find serious mortgage professionals.

Show them the opportunity.

Enroll the right ones.

Daily responsibilities include:

  • Prospecting and identifying qualified mortgage professionals
  • Running sales calls and presentations
  • Following a proven sales framework
  • Managing pipeline and follow-up with discipline
  • Collaborating with the coaching team
  • Hitting and exceeding performance targets

You will be measured by production.
