Happy Home Electric is a growing residential electrical services company based in Florida. Due to continued business growth and expansion, we are hiring an Inside Sales Representative to join our office team.

This role is critical to delivering a great customer experience. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, responsible for scheduling work, supporting invoicing and payments, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and electricians.

• Answer inbound customer calls and emails professionally and promptly
• Schedule electrical service calls and in-person estimates
• Provide sales support over the phone and email
• Enter and maintain accurate customer information and estimates into Housecall Pro software
• Confirm appointments and follow up with customers
• Assist with invoicing, payment processing, and issuing receipts
• Address customer questions, concerns, and service issues
• Support general office and administrative tasks

• Prior sales, customer service or home-services experience highly desired
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Detail-oriented and well organized
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Comfortable using computers, scheduling tools, and email

This job pays hourly rate plus bonuses based on inside sales results.
