Job Summary

We are seeking a top-performing Commission-Based Sales Professional who is passionate about sales and driven by results. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, developing strong client relationships, and demonstrating exceptional communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Generation:
    Actively seek out new sales opportunities through our award-winning tech platform with our proprietary lead system.
  • Client Relationships:
    Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Market Research:
    Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new opportunities for sales growth.
  • Sales Presentations:
    Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients following our proven system.
  • Negotiation:
    Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve or exceed monthly sales targets based on your goals.
  • Reporting:
    Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM/Tech Platform.
  • Collaboration:

    Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies and enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a commission-based role.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Knowledge of specific industry or product knowledge is a plus.
  • High level of motivation and a results-oriented mindset.
Compensation

This is a commission-based position with unlimited earning potential. Successful candidates can expect to earn up to $750,000+. Results vary depending on the ability to have a conversation, focus, and be coachable while leveraging our tools.
