PositionSummary
The Sales Representative plays a vital role in communicating the value and benefits of the MDVIP program to prospective members through a personalized, consultative sales approach. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast‑paced, structured environment and possess strong verbal and written communication skills. Sales efforts focus on engaging patients of transitioning physicians through outbound calling campaigns—NOT cold calling—ensuring a receptive and informed audience.
Comprehensive onboarding and training are provided to develop a deep understanding of MDVIP’s mission, program features, and operational procedures, enabling representatives to deliver consistent, high‑quality service and results.
- Conduct outbound call campaigns to sell patients on the benefits of MDVIP membership to patients of MDVIP‑affiliated physician practices, discussing program components to highlight value.
- Handle inbound call activity and accurately document Salesforce (CRM system) with the outcome of all inbound and outbound interactions.
- Perform general research and problem resolution; escalating patient issues and concerns to management as necessary.
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of MDVIP policies, procedures, and offerings to ensure accurate, consistent communication with both internal stakeholders and external customers.
- Maintain a professional, positive, and service‑oriented approach when handling all telephone, written, or digital inquiries.
- Manage communication effectively with MDVIP‑affiliated physicians and their staff regarding membership‑related activities.
- Show proven success in outbound calling campaigns, with the ability to meet and exceed performance metrics (e.g., conversion rate, talk time, quality scores).
- Display professional telephone etiquette and ability to use advanced phone systems; foreign language fluency considered a plus.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Two (2) years of experience and/or training in a call‑center or customer‑service environment, or business/administrative experience.
- Associate degree.
- Previous experience in consultative or relationship‑based sales, preferably in a healthcare, membership, or service‑driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.

Pay TransparencyOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across appropriate US geographic markets. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to market location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and education/training and a candidate's work experience. Hired applicants are offered annual incentive compensation programs, subject to applicable eligibility requirements. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent on individual performance, business unit performance, and/or company performance.
