Luxury Client Advisor & Clienteling Specialist

Summary

As a Client Advisor you will embody the Tiffany brand and deliver exceptional in-store experiences, building meaningful client relationships. You will drive sales by developing clienteling strategies and meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual commercial targets. The role requires delivering personalized service, styling clients, and capturing client data to grow repeat business.

Responsibilities

• Build and deepen client relationships to drive lifetime loyalty and repeat sales.
• Consistently achieve or exceed store commercial targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Capture and maintain client data and cultivate new and existing client relationships.
• Deliver elevated in-store experiences and personalized styling using the Tiffany Touch.
• Convert clients through discovery and appointments and drive business through key product pillars.
• Execute hospitality and store best practices and act on client feedback and NPS performance.

Requirements

• Experience in retail, luxury retail, or relevant client-facing roles such as hospitality.
• Proven track record of achieving commercial results.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency with point-of-sale systems, client tracking tools, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Preferred: college/university degree and proficiency in multiple languages.
