Globaltech, Inc. is seeking a Proposals Manager to join our multidiscipline group of dedicated design-build professionals to round out our engineering service capabilities in the municipal water and wastewater facilities market.
Job Duties- Support the proposal development process by:
- Scheduling meetings and tracking deadlines
- Formatting and assembling proposal documents
- Gathering and organizing content (e.g., resumes, project descriptions, certifications)
- Help maintain internal databases of marketing content, including project photos, bios, and proposal materials.
- Assist in developing PowerPoint presentations and visual materials in collaboration with internal teams or external consultants.
- Gather marketing content such as project milestones, awards, and event highlights from staff.
- Assist with preparation and setup of marketing materials and conference displays.
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in a marketing or administrative support role.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign) and Canva.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Team‑oriented, with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Must pass pre‑employment drug screening.
- Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship; we will not support sponsorship (e.g., H1B, TN visas).
