PositionLouis Vuitton is seeking highly motivated, curious, and customer-focused Seasonal and Permanent Client Advisors at our Boca Raton location. As a Client Advisor, you will be an ambassador of the Brand, ensuring every Client is treated according to the Louis Vuitton promise. You will discover client needs, tailor experiences in-store, and build long-lasting relationships using in-house clienteling tools and systems.
Responsibilities- Client
Experience:
Deliver an exceptional client experience by understanding and fulfilling clients’ needs and preferences. - Brand Ambassador:
Represent the Louis Vuitton brand with passion and enthusiasm, ensuring every client interaction reflects our values and commitment to excellence. - Sales Achievement:
Achieve individual and team objectives and sales goals through effective client engagement and relationship building. - Product Knowledge:
Learn and master brand and product knowledge across all categories to provide informed and personalized advice. - Clienteling:
Leverage clienteling tools to develop long-term relationships with clients, ensuring personalized follow-up and engagement. - Collaboration:
Work collaboratively with team members to create a positive and dynamic store environment.
- Previous retail experience, preferably in a high-end or luxury market; strong customer-centric background also considered.
- Strong strategic sales and commercial mindset with the ability to meet individual and team sales goals.
- Passion for building and maintaining meaningful relationships with a diverse client base.
- Willingness to learn and continuously improve personal and team performance.
- Forward-thinking individuals who use creativity and skills to support brand heritage and success.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients effectively.
The appointed candidate will be offered an hourly rate within the range of USD $22-$30 plus the opportunity for commission. A comprehensive benefits package includes medical, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks, and two retirement plans with employer contributions.
