We are looking for a Client Home Specialist to sell new home insurance accounts, build relationships with prospects and partners, and drive new business growth. This outbound and inbound phone sales position provides warm leads and handles all licensing requirements, including a 60‑hour online course and a final test to earn your P&C license (20‑44).
Base pay is $41,600 with additional commission, and first‑year earnings can reach $60–$70K, growing each year with experience. The role is based at 6413 Congress Avenue, Suite
260, Boca Raton, FL33487, but high performers may qualify for remote status. A W‑2 position includes benefits, 401(k) with company match, and a sign‑on bonus of 45 stock‑option shares.
- Gather information and develop recommendations for prospective clients, presenting proposals in a professional manner while adhering to firm policies.
- Communicate with clients, prospects, insurance partners, and the service team in an articulate and effective manner.
- Finalize the sale, coordinate collection of deposits, arrange binders and certificates, and brief the service team on the policy sale.
- Maintain accuracy, timeliness, and completion of all interactions, minimizing potential for errors and omissions claims.
- Stay informed about insurance industry and underwriting criteria to effectively communicate with all stakeholders.
- Meet monthly new‑business goals and perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.
- Identify opportunities to improve the firm, business segment, and processes, and bring issues and discrepancies to leadership.
- Strong interpersonal skills and an outstanding attitude; experience in hospitality, retail, or car sales is a plus.
- Self‑starter who can influence others through effective verbal and written presentation skills.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to learn and use insurance company and firm software systems.
