Luxury Client Advisor — Build VIP Relationships & Drive Sales

Louis Vuitton is seeking highly motivated, curious, and customer‑focused Part‑Time and Full‑Time Client Advisors at our Saks Boca Raton location. Reporting to the Team Manager, you will be an ambassador of the Brand, ensuring that every client is treated according to the Louis Vuitton promise, building long‑lasting relationships through our in‑house clienteling tools and systems.

• Deliver an exceptional client experience by understanding and fulfilling clients’ needs and preferences.
• Represent the Louis Vuitton brand with passion and enthusiasm, ensuring every client interaction reflects our values and commitment to excellence.
• Achieve individual and team objectives and sales goals through effective client engagement and relationship building.
• Learn and master brand and product knowledge across all categories to provide informed and personalized advice to clients.
• Leverage clienteling tools to develop long‑term relationships with clients, ensuring personalized follow‑up and engagement.
• Work collaboratively with team members to create a positive and dynamic store environment.

• Previous retail experience, preferably in a high‑end or luxury market; a strong background in a customer‑centric environment is also considered.
• A strong strategic sales and commercial mindset, with the ability to achieve individual and team sales goals.
• A passion for building and maintaining meaningful relationships with a diverse client base.
• A willingness to learn and continuously improve personal and team performance.
• Forward‑thinking individuals who are eager to use their creativity and skills to drive the continued success and strong heritage of the brand.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients effectively.

• Hourly rate: USD $20–$28 plus commission.
