We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Part-Time Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. The SDR will be responsible for identifying prospective clients, conducting outbound outreach, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for the sales team. This role is ideal for individuals who are confident communicators, goal-oriented, and passionate about sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct outbound prospecting through phone calls, emails, Linked In, and other communication channels.
- Identify and qualify potential clients based on established criteria.
- Schedule meetings and appointments for Account Executives.
- Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions within the CRM system.
- Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and move opportunities through the sales pipeline.
- Research target companies and key decision-makers.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity and appointment-setting targets.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies and campaign effectiveness.
- Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activity, and prospect needs.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, appointment setting, lead generation, customer service, or a related role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
- Experience selling B2B products or services.
- Number of outbound activities completed
