Sales Representative

Location: Boca Raton, FL (Hybrid)-Onsite - Remote

Noble Capital Markets, a full-service investment banking firm with over 40 years of experience, is seeking a Sales Representative to join our team at our Boca Raton headquarters.

Noble is a leading provider of Company‑Sponsored Research (CSR) in North America, distributed through our proprietary platform, Channelchek®. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting new business development and growing client relationships by introducing publicly traded companies to our CSR platform.

This is a high‑visibility, client‑facing role with significant opportunity for growth, ideal for someone looking to develop their sales career in capital markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and engage executive teams at publicly traded companies
  • Support new business development efforts and contribute to achieving sales targets
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities
  • Assist in developing and growing client relationships
  • Clearly communicate Noble’s CSR platform, research capabilities, and distribution reach via Channelchek®
  • Participate in client presentations and calls with senior team members
  • Maintain accurate activity and pipeline tracking within CRM systems
  • Collaborate with senior sales professionals and leadership on strategy and execution
  • Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2–5 years of sales experience (B2B or financial services preferred)
  • Strong interest in financial markets and capital markets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to prospect and develop new business through outreach
  • Highly motivated, coachable, and goal‑oriented
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
  • Base salary: $80,000 – $100,000 (commensurate with experience)
  • Expected first‑year earnings: $140,000+
