Sales Representative
Location: Boca Raton, FL (Hybrid)-Onsite - Remote

Noble Capital Markets, a full-service investment banking firm with over 40 years of experience, is seeking a Sales Representative to join our team at our Boca Raton headquarters.
Noble is a leading provider of Company‑Sponsored Research (CSR) in North America, distributed through our proprietary platform, Channelchek®. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting new business development and growing client relationships by introducing publicly traded companies to our CSR platform.
This is a high‑visibility, client‑facing role with significant opportunity for growth, ideal for someone looking to develop their sales career in capital markets.
Key Responsibilities- Prospect and engage executive teams at publicly traded companies
- Support new business development efforts and contribute to achieving sales targets
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Assist in developing and growing client relationships
- Clearly communicate Noble’s CSR platform, research capabilities, and distribution reach via Channelchek®
- Participate in client presentations and calls with senior team members
- Maintain accurate activity and pipeline tracking within CRM systems
- Collaborate with senior sales professionals and leadership on strategy and execution
- Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2–5 years of sales experience (B2B or financial services preferred)
- Strong interest in financial markets and capital markets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to prospect and develop new business through outreach
- Highly motivated, coachable, and goal‑oriented
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus
- Base salary: $80,000 – $100,000 (commensurate with experience)
- Expected first‑year earnings: $140,000+
