Position SummaryThis role is designed for a high-performing sales professional who can execute independently and has the potential to grow into a leadership role as the company expands.
Key Responsibilities- Prospect and develop new physician office relationships
- Conduct in-person visits with doctors, office managers, and staff
- Open and onboard new accounts
- Drive consistent test volume from active clients
- Maintain regular follow-up and pipeline tracking
- Provide market feedback and identify growth opportunities
- Outside sales experience required (medical sales preferred)
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Comfortable working in a field-based role
- Interest in growing into a leadership position
