Selling Advisor - Women's Shoes

Salary Range: $10.00 - $25.00 per hour

As a Selling Advisor, you will cultivate relationships with clients through elevated selling, exceptional customer service, and personal engagement while becoming their trusted style confidante. You will serve clients in-store and digitally using the latest technology for outreach and selling. This job is onsite at the specified location and will report to the Sales Manager.

• Maintain a customer‑centric mentality.
• Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge, improve sales through technology and wardrobe.
• Understand how to showcase product differently based on whether a client is remote or in‑person.
• Utilize selling tools and digital store technology to sell, using omni‑channel and company‑wide inventory.
• Achieve personal sales, client conversion, and wardrobe goals.
• Strategize your own business to increase individual productivity through wardrobe, successful outreach, and technology usage.
• Utilize digital tools and social media to connect with clients and guide intentional traffic.
• Create a positive work environment through collaboration.

• Motivated with an ability to set and achieve sales goals.
• Experience with technology and selling to clients using digital tools.
• Styling, fashion, and fashion retail experience.
• Commission sales experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Flexible work schedule.
