• Deliver an elevated luxury experience that reflects the values and standards of Panerai and The Kodak Group
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients through personalized service and consistent follow‑up.
• Consistently achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales goals.
• Develop and grow a robust client book through networking, appointments, events, referrals, and CRM outreach.
• Confidently share the history, craftsmanship, innovation, and technical features of Panerai timepieces through compelling storytelling.
• Maintain expert product knowledge on current collections, novelties, and industry trends.
• Support boutique events, brand activations, and local community initiatives.
• Assist with visual merchandising, inventory management, and boutique presentation standards.
• Process sales transactions, repairs, and client service requests with accuracy and professionalism.
• Work collaboratively with the boutique team to deliver a seamless client experience.

• 2+ years of experience in luxury retail, watches, jewelry, fashion, hospitality, automotive, real estate, or other relationship‑driven sales environments.
• Proven ability to develop long‑term client relationships and generate repeat business
• Strong communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, polished, and confident presentation.
• Passion for luxury products, craftsmanship, and exceptional client service.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset
• Ability to thrive in a team‑oriented boutique environment.

• Full‑time position based in Boca Raton, Florida.
