Summary
We are seeking a Fashion Advisor to deliver exceptional client service and drive sales at the Boca Raton boutique. The role focuses on converting walk-in traffic to clients, building long-term relationships, and supporting boutique leadership to achieve business results. This in-store position requires fashion expertise, a service-minded approach, and collaborative teamwork.
Responsibilities- Develop new customers and convert walk-in traffic into clients and brand ambassadors
- Provide prompt, professional, warm, and courteous service to optimize the client experience
- Build and maintain genuine client relationships through consistent outreach and follow-up
- Take in repairs and coordinate follow-up on alterations and repairs
- Work collaboratively with the sales team and report to boutique leadership to meet sales goals
- Minimum 3 years of related experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift 15 lbs and maintain a flexible schedule including late nights, weekends, and some holidays
- Excellent communication skills and passion for fashion and the CHANEL brand
- Foreign language skills preferred and ability to thrive in a team-focused environment
