Responsibilities
- Serve as the overall project lead and main contact throughout the integration and implementation process of new contracts
- Lead communication with customers and internal partners, set expectations, communicate timelines
- Own projects through completion by following up with task owners, documenting progress
- Identify risks, implement resolutions, and clearly communicate customer expectations
- Coordinate and deliver training for both the sales team and customers
- Provide regular status updates to business partners
- Streamline and improve implementation processes to maintain competitiveness and accelerate revenue generation
- Work with Sales Management to provide continued enhancements to existing business
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in project management and sales presentations
- PMP certification (preferred)
- MS Office Suite, CRM systems (preferably )
- Must demonstrate an understanding of the industry, the current trends
- Experience and comfort in the sales process
- Ability to communicate at all levels
- Excellent presentation skills both virtual and in-person
