Fashion Advisor, Boca Raton

Overview

Fashion Advisor, Boca Raton  role focuses on delivering exceptional client service, increasing client conversion and retention, and driving business revenue while inspiring brand loyalty. The Fashion Advisor works with a diverse sales team and reports to the Boutique leadership.

• Lead the development of new customers by converting walk-in traffic to clients and brand ambassadors, creating energy, excitement, and desire around the product and brand.
• Optimize the client experience by providing prompt, professional, warm, and courteous service.
• Build genuine relationships with clients through thoughtful and consistent outreach.
• Demonstrate a can-do attitude in every situation to continually raise the level of service and consistently exceed client expectations.
• Take in repairs and maintain consistent follow-up with clients regarding repairs and alterations.
• Support the team to elevate client service and drive business results as a Front of House Fashion role, full-time in-store presence required to support client sales.

• Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively.
• Understanding of and passion for client experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Foreign language skills are preferred but not required.
• Passion for CHANEL, its history, product offerings, and commitment to social and cultural initiatives.
• Curiosity and desire to learn and grow professionally within CHANEL.

• Minimum 3 years of related experience.
• Minimum High School Diploma.
• Ability to lift 15 lbs.
• A flexible schedule with the ability to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Full-time in-store and in-person presence required.

The anticipated hourly rate range for this position is $30 through $34.00. Base salary is one component of total compensation. Other components may include additional compensation, benefits, and perks.
