Gen II Fund Services is seeking a Sales Enablement Manager to scale the Business Development organization. You will own the full enablement lifecycle—from onboarding new BD hires to building playbooks, training cadences, and managing the day-to-day sales tech stack to ensure faster ramp and more consistent execution.
You will design and maintain collateral, guides, and content, drive adoption of Outreach/Salesforce, and provide data-driven coaching.
