Full Time Furniture Sales Associate + Key Holder

Location:

Boca Raton, Florida

Base pay: $22.00 per hour + Competitive Bonus Structure

• Engage and connect with customers, driving sales by asking thoughtful questions about needs and style.
• Support associates in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining presence in designated work area.
• Assist store leaders in training and developing associates on product knowledge, selling behavior, customer engagement, operations, visual merchandising and other responsibilities.
• Provide observational feedback and guidance to sales associates alongside the store manager.
• Deliver and drive individual and team sales and service KPIs, productivity standards and store goals with coaching.
• Utilize design tools, CRM software and client accounts for consistent customer experience and record keeping.
• Master selling essentials, sales analytics tools and training resources for the team.
• Open and/or close the store, performing keyholder responsibilities as required.
• Manage store inventory, merchandise presentation, signage and assortments to keep sales floor adequately stocked.
• Maintain visual, cleanliness and safety standards in the store and back of house.
• Engage in a high‑energy dynamic environment with frequent product, promotion and operational changes.

• 2+ years motivating and coaching a team to meet sales goals (preferably as store leader or trainer).
• Strong customer‑service orientation and drive to exceed sales targets.
• Excellent sales, organization, self‑motivation, communication and relationship management skills.
• Capability to handle customer escalations professionally.
• Track record of success in a team‑sales environment.
• Technical aptitude for learning software, hardware, Google Suite, Microsoft Office, POS systems and tablets.
• Track record of thriving in a fast‑paced and changing environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient in speaking, reading and comprehending English for safety and operational purposes.

• Standing, walking, talking, hearing frequently.
• Regular handling, reaching, and sometimes lifting or moving up to 75 lbs with assistance.
• Vision requirements include close, distance, color, peripheral and depth perception, and focus adjustment.
