The French Steel Company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Manager to provide critical backend support to our sales team and ensure seamless execution of custom steel window and door projects.
Expected Salary for this role can be between $65,000-$71,000 based on past work experience.
Responsibilities- Prepare accurate contract paperwork, proposals, and documentation for custom door and window orders
- Manage end-to-end shipping of product samples to clients and prospects nationwide
- Own CRM management in Salesforce — maintain accurate records, update opportunities, and generate reports
- Support the sales team with travel booking, itineraries, and expense coordination
- Schedule and coordinate showroom appointments at our Atlanta location
- Organize and schedule Lunch & Learn presentations at architects’ offices and design firms
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and production teams to keep projects on track
- 3+ years of experience in sales support, administrative, or project coordination (construction/fenestration industry preferred)
- Strong proficiency with Salesforce (or similar CRM), Adobe, Canva
- Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Experience with contracts, shipping logistics, and vendor coordination
- Professional communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Based in the Palm Beaches area (hybrid role)
