• Generate new business through networking, referrals, and community engagement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners and prospective clients.
• Manage a healthy sales pipeline by prospecting, following up on leads, and closing new business.
• Assess clients' insurance needs and recommend customized coverage solutions.
• Prepare quotes, present coverage options, and identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Guide new clients through the onboarding process and provide exceptional customer service.
• Partner with the service team to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Stay up to date on carrier products, underwriting guidelines, and industry trends.

• Active Florida 2-20 Property & Casualty or 20-44 Personal Lines insurance license.
• Previous insurance sales or producer experience preferred.
• Strong networking, relationship-building, and consultative sales skills.
• Proven ability to generate new business and meet production goals.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented professional with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Experience with EZLynx or a similar Agency Management System is a plus.
• Passion for delivering exceptional client service and building long-term relationships.
