As an Enrollment Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in helping patients explore programs that may reduce the cost of their medications. This position is primarily phone-based and involves speaking with patients to gather information, determine potential program eligibility, and guide them through the enrollment process with care and professionalism.

• Speak with individuals over the phone - no cold calling, every call is with someone who has already reached out to us
• Learn about their needs and gather required information
• Review insurance, income, and program guidelines

You don't need prior sales experience to succeed here! We'll provide all training necessary. We're looking for someone who is:

• Comfortable using computers

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Reliably commute to our Boca Raton office (on-site role)
• Phone sales experience is a plus, but not required
