Intake Coordinator​/Inside Sales; Home Healthcare

An established home healthcare provider is seeking an Intake Coordinator / Inside Sales professional to join their team fully in office. This role is central to guiding prospective clients and their families through the intake process, converting inquiries into services while providing a compassionate, trustworthy first point of contact.

• Manage the full sales cycle from initial inquiry through close and seamless handoff
• Lead and guide conversations with warmth, compassion, and confidence
• Close sales on the first call when appropriate, while preserving trust, empathy, and rapport
• Navigate complex, family-centered decision-making with high emotional intelligence
• Utilize CRM platforms to track and manage the sales pipeline

• Minimum of 4 years of inside and/or outside sales experience, with a strong track record of consistent closing success
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals through effective deal-closing skills
• Confident, articulate, and professional phone presence that conveys knowledge, trust, and energy, with a strong, engaging voice
• Exceptional listening skills, particularly in emotionally sensitive or high-stakes conversations

• Background in home care, healthcare, senior services, insurance, or other consultative sales environments is a plus
• Experience using CRM platforms such as Care Funnels, Salesforce, Hub Spot, or similar systems preferred
