Site Supervisor

The Site Supervisor role is to manage a group of security officers, who are responsible for patrolling and inspecting the community's property against crime, theft, fire, vandalism, and terrorism, as well as ensuring the safety of personnel and visitors while on or about the community's premises.

• Oversee physical safety and security of the organization's facilities/property and people – employees, vendors, contractors, shippers, and visitors.
• Lead a team of security personnel in their day-to-day duties and responsibilities.
• Ensure that security staff is adequately equipped and trained.
• Develop training plans for security personnel and maintain security training records.
• Develop, implement, and maintain a physical security (security risk management) plan for all facilities.
• Manage and report to top management on security incidents and threats.
• Oversee and report on security checks/surveillance/monitoring.
• Authorize access to facilities and ensure that access is controlled.
• Maintain and review security records; periodically report on trends, anomalies, and concerns.

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Prefer Candidate with Military, Law Enforcement, Corrections Background
• Possess a Bachelors in Criminal Justice (Not Require if working background is Military, Law Enforcement, Corrections)
• Must have a current G Security Officer License issued by the State of Florida, Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services
• Pass a mental health assessment

• Must be able to operate radio or telephone equipment and / or console monitors
• Must have demonstrate ability to interact cordially and communicate with the public
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
• Must be able to provide, upon job offer, a DD214 discharge document with discharge status indicated, if prior military
