As a Patrol Unarmed Officer in a residential location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support residents and guests with exceptional customer service and communication. ** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to residents, guests, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as appropriate.

+ Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with property management and/or first responders when needed.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential community, including common areas, building exteriors, parking areas, and perimeter locations, helping to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.

+ Monitor access points and observe community activity, assisting with visitor interactions, reporting maintenance or security-related concerns, and supporting a professional atmosphere at the location.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.

+ Be at least 21 years of age.

+ A guard card is required.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Be comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
