Salary Range: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour

• Maintain a visible and professional presence to deter illegal activities and ensure the safety of personnel, visitors, and property.
• Monitor and authorize entrance of vehicles or people to the property while following proper procedure to grant access to visitors, vendors, and contractors.
• Control access points, verifying credentials and ensuring only authorized individuals enter designated areas.
• Respond promptly and appropriately to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms.
• Use excellent customer service and communication skills to deescalate tense or potentially violent situations.
• Check on sites to ensure safety and productivity of officers.
• Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency services as needed.
• Accurately document and report incidents, activities, and observations using company-approved forms and protocols.
• Inspect premises for security risks, hazards, or violations and report findings to appropriate personnel.
• Observe for signs of crime or disorder and investigate disturbances.
• Protect company’s property and staff by maintaining a safe and secure environment.
• Oversee multiple sites, manage officers, ensure uniform standards, handle call outs, and serve as liaison between management, clients, and employees.
• Manage the road captain team and assist operations managers with daily tasks.
• Handle driving responsibilities and cover posts as needed.

• Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods (minimum of 1 hour).
• Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Must be capable of functioning independently and remaining calm in high-pressure or intense situations.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Class “D” and G Security License.
• Own firearm.
• Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or related field is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in high-stress environments while demonstrating professionalism and sound judgment.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver's license; reliable means of transportation to and from work.
• Clean driving record.
• Read, write, and communicate in clear, fluent English.
• Reliable means of communication (working cell phone).
• Seven (7) years of security experience.

• Patrolling sites in Palm Beach and Broward County in Florida, requiring work in both indoor and outdoor environments.
