Overnight Operations​/Security; Part-Time

Job Overview

As a Operations you are amongst some of the most valued associates at our properties. Your presence and knowledge reassure both residents and guests that the safety and security of the property is being properly cared for by a dedicated and detail‑oriented associate.

• Monitoring the alarm system and contacting the company if there are issues.
• Accurately maintaining daily logs, records, and forms.
• Responding to emergency situations in a timely manner.
• Following safety procedures and striving to maintain a safe work environment.
• Walking the property and gatehouse.
• Reporting all property violations.

• Critical thinking, problem solving, judgement, and decision‑making abilities are necessary.
• Ability to maintain positivity and diplomacy in a fast‑paced environment.
• Possess strong interpersonal skills and be able to interact and communicate successfully with residents and team.
• Possess and maintain a valid Florida Driver’s License.
• Ability to work with sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.

• Ability to work in various positions, including stooping, standing, bending, sitting, kneeling and squatting for extended periods, climbing stairs, navigating the property/building quickly and easily as required to meet the job function.
• Ability to work extended and flexible hours and weekends as needed.
• Ability to repeat various motions with the wrists, hands and fingers.

As a full‑time non‑exempt associate, you will be eligible for comprehensive benefits including multiple medical plans, dental, and vision. You will also be eligible for time‑off benefits, paid holidays, and a 401(k) with company match. Occasional travel may be required to attend training and other company functions.

$20 - $22 hourly.
