Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities;
Monitor access control points, verify identification and/or credentials, and document visitor and contractor entry in accordance with site protocols;
Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, while communicating with site contacts and public personnel as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, noting access concerns, unsecured areas, and/or policy violations that could help to deter unauthorized entry;
Support screening and entry procedures for employees, visitors, and deliveries, and prepare clear reports of daily activities, incidents, and/or access-related concerns
