Security Officer Enhanced Part Time

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities within a commercial real estate location.;
Respond to incidents, maintenance concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with property management and/or emergency personnel as needed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, hallways, parking areas, common spaces, and perimeter access points to help to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions.;
Monitor entrances, exits, and authorized access areas, assisting with visitor direction, credential checks, and after-hours entry procedures in accordance with site expectations.;
Observe and report issues such as unsecured doors, lighting outages, loitering, and/or property damage, helping to support a professional environment for occupants and guests.
